Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen Oriental vegetables (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower)
- 2 c. cooked, cut up chicken
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- French fried onion rings
Method
- Mix soup and mayonnaise together.
- Layer in a casserole dish the chicken, water chestnuts and soup mixture.
- Bake at 350° about an hour or until middle bubbles.
- Sprinkle top with onion rings and cook 5 minutes more.
