Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.) can salmon
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Method
- Drain and flake salmon; remove skin and bones.
- Add other ingredients, except pecans and parsley.
- Chill several hours. Shape into ball; roll in nuts and parsley.
- Serve with assorted crackers.
