- 1 lb. chicken livers
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 4 Tbsp. onion juice
Method
- Cook livers 15 to 20 minutes.
- Add rest of ingredients and process in blender.
