Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Miso
- 2 x Scallions, minced
- 1 quart Warm water
- 1/2 c. Tofu, cubed
- 1 x Carrot, minced
- 1 c. Aubergine, julienned
Method
- In boiling wash, add in miso.
- Mash to dissolve.
- Add in carrots, scallions, tofu and aubergine.
- Cook till veggies are tender.
