Ingredients
- 6 oz. pkg. lemon jello
- 3 c. hot water
- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
- 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 3 bananas, cubed
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
- grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Dissolve jello in hot water.
- Cool.
- Add pineapple, bananas and marshmallows.
- Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish and chill until firm.
