Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 5 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 small can vegetable beef soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1 small can cream of chicken soup
Method
- In casserole dish, place ingredients in layers.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and bake at 350° for 2 hours or until warm in center.
