Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, partially thawed
- 1 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 6 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 stick butter
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix together onion, soup, sour cream, margarine, cheese, salt and pepper.
- Add potatoes and place in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan or casserole dish.
- Bake 45 to 60 minutes.
