Ingredients
- 2 lb. asparagus stalks
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped, peeled ginger root
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
- 1/4 c. pine nuts, toasted
Method
- Clean and prepare asparagus.
- Heat oils over medium-high heat. Add ginger and cook for 1 minute.
- Add asparagus and salt; cook 5 to 7 minutes, tossing occasionally until asparagus is crisp-tender.
