Ingredients

  • 1 can asparagus spears (or cooked spears)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. Blue cheese salad dressing
  • sliced bread

Method

  • Mix cream cheese and salad dressing and place on flattened bread.
  • Remove crust on bread.
  • Roll and flatten bread with rolling pin.
  • Place one spear diagonally on bread.
  • Fold opposite corners of bread over spear; press closed.
  • Brush with melted butter.
  • Bake at 450° for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
