Ingredients
- 1 can asparagus spears (or cooked spears)
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. Blue cheese salad dressing
- sliced bread
Method
- Mix cream cheese and salad dressing and place on flattened bread.
- Remove crust on bread.
- Roll and flatten bread with rolling pin.
- Place one spear diagonally on bread.
- Fold opposite corners of bread over spear; press closed.
- Brush with melted butter.
- Bake at 450° for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
