Ingredients
- 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans asparagus
- 1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 3/4 c. butter, diced
- 1 c. slivered almonds, toasted and finely ground
- 1 c. milk
Method
- Cover bottom of casserole with a few cracker crumbs.
- Rotate layers of asparagus, cheese, cracker crumbs, butter and almonds. Pour milk in side.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
