Ingredients
- 1 large can asparagus
- 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 2 slices bread (the heels of the bread loaf work well for this recipe)
- 1/4 stick butter or margarine
Method
- Drain asparagus and place in a casserole dish.
- Place strips of Velveeta cheese over asparagus.
- Crumble slices of bread over the cheese.
