Ingredients

  • 1 lb green asparagus
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1 lime cut into slices
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 lb cooked shrimp
  • 1 1/2 tbsp, olive oil
  • 4 flour tortijas

Method

  • In a bowl add shrimp, chili powder and lime juice
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil. Add redonion, red bell pepper and asparagus. cook for 4 minutes.
  • Add the ingredients from the bowl to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Add mixture to tortijas and garnish with lime slices.
