Ingredients

  • 1 cup pasta
  • 100 g chicken strips
  • 4 crabsticks
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 tomatoes, cut
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 pinch shredded dried seaweed flakes
  • 12 onion, chopped
  • 14 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon gingerroot, grated
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 12 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method

  • Cook pasta according to instruction.
  • Pan fry chicken strips.
  • Put all dressing ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
  • Assembly salad top with seaweed, drizzle dressing over salad.
