Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. minced cooked chicken
- 1 c. shredded chinese (napa) cabbage
- 1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds
- 1/2 x red bell pepper cut into thin strips
- 1/3 c. purchased sweet and sour sauce
- 4 x flour tortillas (7-8")
Method
- In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except tortillas; mix well.
- Spoon chicken mix proportionately down center of each tortilla; roll up.
- Makes 4 wraps.
