Ingredients

  • 12 ounce (335 g) canned marinated artichoke hearts, coarsely minced
  • 1/2 c. (125 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. (250 ml) lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. (125 ml) freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. (45 ml) minced fresh tarragon, or possibly 1 Tbs (15 ml) dry Salt and freshly grnd pepper to taste

Method

  • Combine all ingredients and place in a 3-c. (750 ml) ovenproof baking dish or possibly casserole.
  • Bake in a preheated 350F (180C) oven till heated through, about 30 min.
  • Serve with raw vegetables, chips, or possibly crackers.
  • Makes about 2 c. (500 ml).
