Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 lemons
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. sugar
Method
- Mix Eagle Brand milk with egg yolks (save egg whites for meringue). Squeeze juice from lemons and add to mixture; add vanilla and mix until thick. Pour in crust. Beat egg whites with sugar. Spread on pie and bake until lightly brown. When cool, refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
