Ingredients
- 2 cans artichoke hearts, not marinated, drained and finely chopped
- 1 cup grated cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- 1 cup salsa
Method
- Drain and finely chop two cans of artichoke hearts
- mix in 1 cup grated cheese and 1 cup salsa
- stir well
- place in greased baking dish and bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
- serve with tortilla chips
