Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts (not marinated)
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Method
- Drain water from artichokes (squish with hands to get all water out).
- Chop artichoke hearts; mix hearts with mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes in 350° oven, uncovered; top should brown.
- Drain oil as it bakes.
- Serve warm with Fritos or Triscuits.
