- 3 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger root, chopped
- 2 lb. green beans
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. dark sesame oil
Method
- Heat peanut oil in wok.
- When hot, add garlic and ginger root. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add beans, sugar, red pepper and fry, stirring constantly for 2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and vinegar. Cook for 2 minutes more and turn off heat.
- Drizzle sesame oil into pan and toss with beans.
- Can be quite spicy!
