Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 to 2 tsp. grated onion
- 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- red pepper to garnish
Method
- Drain, then mash artichoke hearts with a fork.
- Combine with remaining ingredients.
- Chill.
- Before serving, top with red pepper.
- Serve with crackers or Melba rounds.
- Yield: 1 cup.
