Ingredients

  • 6 ounces of fresh spinach coarsely chopped
  • 10-12 ounces of can or marinated artichoke hearts (drained and coarsely chopped)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic (grated or minced)
  • 1/4 cup grated parmigiano reggiano
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella (grated)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Method

  • 1. Soften Cream Cheese in microwave to allow for easy mixing (if necessary) - 30 seconds
  • 2. Mix everything and pour into a baking dish
  • 3. Bake in a preheated 350F oven until bubbling and golden brown on top, about 30-40 minutes
