- 6 ounces of fresh spinach coarsely chopped
- 10-12 ounces of can or marinated artichoke hearts (drained and coarsely chopped)
- 4 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic (grated or minced)
- 1/4 cup grated parmigiano reggiano
- 1/2 cup mozzarella (grated)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Method
- 1. Soften Cream Cheese in microwave to allow for easy mixing (if necessary) - 30 seconds
- 2. Mix everything and pour into a baking dish
- 3. Bake in a preheated 350F oven until bubbling and golden brown on top, about 30-40 minutes
