Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup each water, Kraft Extra Rich Original BarBQ Sauce and frozen corn
- 1-1/2 cups instant white rice
Method
- HEAT oil in large non-stick frypan.
- Add chicken and cook 5 minutes on each side.
- ADD water, barbecue sauce and corn.
- Bring to a boil.
- STIR in rice.
- Cover and remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
