Ingredients
- 100 g (3 1/2 oz) dried apricots
- 1 tablespoon oat bran
- 60 g (2 1/4 oz/1/4 cup) apricot yoghurt
- 600 ml (21 fl oz) milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
Method
1. Soak the dried apricots in boiling water until they are plump, then drain.
2. Blend the apricots, bran, yoghurt, milk and honey in a blender until smooth.
