Ingredients

  • 2 boxes apricot Jell-O
  • 2 jars apricot baby food (small)
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Method

  • Combine Jell-O, water and sugar in pan.
  • Bring to boil and put in bowl to cool.
  • Combine cream cheese and Eagle Brand milk; mix until smooth.
  • Add pineapple and baby food to Jell-O mixture.
  • Mix this with cream cheese and milk; add nuts.
  • Pour into mold or sheet cake pan.
  • Chill until firm.
