Ingredients
- 2 boxes apricot Jell-O
- 2 jars apricot baby food (small)
- 2/3 c. water
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Combine Jell-O, water and sugar in pan.
- Bring to boil and put in bowl to cool.
- Combine cream cheese and Eagle Brand milk; mix until smooth.
- Add pineapple and baby food to Jell-O mixture.
- Mix this with cream cheese and milk; add nuts.
- Pour into mold or sheet cake pan.
- Chill until firm.
