Ingredients
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. apricot or peach jam
- powdered sugar glaze
Method
- Blend butter, sour cream, flour and salt; chill for 1 hour or overnight.
- Divide into 2 parts; roll out each into a rectangle about 12 x 6-inches.
- Spread dough with about 1/2 cup jam lengthwise to within an inch of edges.
- Fold dough in half lengthwise and seal edges.
- Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then at 350° for 20 minutes.
- Cool; drizzle with powdered sugar glaze.
- Cut into 1-inch strips to serve.
