Ingredients
- 1 small pkg. apricot jello
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. crushed pineapple (juice and all)
- coconut (optional)
Method
- Mix jello and milk.
- Add pineapple with juice and pecans.
- Add Cool Whip. Stir well. Refrigerate 6 to 8 hours before serving. Better to chill overnight.
