Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) can apricot nectar
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 2 sliced bananas
Method
- Heat 1 cup nectar.
- Add gelatin; stir until dissolved.
- Add remaining nectar and pineapple, undrained.
- Cool until slightly thickened.
- Add nuts and bananas.
- Pour into 1-quart dish and chill.
- Makes 6 servings.
