Ingredients
- 4 slices ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 - 10 1/2 oz. cans asparagus spears
- 1 c. light sour cream
- salt and pepper to suit your taste
Method
- Place a slice of cheese on top of each ham slice.
- Place 3 asparagus spears on each cheese slice.
- Roll up tightly and place seam side down in a buttered 8 by 8-inch casserole dish side by side.
- Top each roll up evenly with sour cream and salt and pepper to suit your taste.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
