Ingredients

  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 - 10 1/2 oz. cans asparagus spears
  • 1 c. light sour cream
  • salt and pepper to suit your taste

Method

  • Place a slice of cheese on top of each ham slice.
  • Place 3 asparagus spears on each cheese slice.
  • Roll up tightly and place seam side down in a buttered 8 by 8-inch casserole dish side by side.
  • Top each roll up evenly with sour cream and salt and pepper to suit your taste.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
