Ingredients
- 2 small or 1 large pkg. of apricot Jell-O
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
Method
- Dissolve apricot Jell-O in crushed pineapple.
- Heat till almost boiling.
- Cool.
- Add 2 cups of buttermilk.
- Fold in 8 ounces of Cool Whip and chill.
