Ingredients
- 2/3 c. vinegar
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 lb. or 2 1/2 c. sauerkraut
- 1 c. pimentos
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 large onion
- 1 green pepper
Method
- Mix oil, water, vinegar and sugar.
- Heat.
- Let stand until cool.
- Drain kraut; add pimento, celery, onion and green pepper. Mix all together.
