Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts
- 6 chicken thighs or legs
- 16 oz. apricot preserves
- 8 oz. bottle Catalina salad dressing
- garlic salt
Method
- Place chicken in 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- Sprinkle with garlic salt.
- Spoon apricot preserves over chicken.
- Pour Catalina dressing over chicken.
- Place uncovered in 350° preheated oven. Baste sauce from dish every 20 minutes over chicken.
- Bake for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked to your preference.
