Ingredients
- 1 large can apricots and juice (2 1/2 tall can)
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. oleo or butter
Method
- Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and egg until egg and flour are lumpy. Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
- Fill with apricots.
- Melt the 3/4 cup oleo or butter.
- Sprinkle flour mixture on top of fruit.
- Pour the butter or oleo over mixture. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
