Ingredients
- 2 (6 oz.) strawberry Jell-O
- 3 1/2 c. water
- 2 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries
- 1 (No. 303) can crushed pineapple (20 oz.), drained
- 4 bananas, chopped fine
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Method
- Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water.
- Add strawberries and mix.
- Add pineapple, 1 1/2 cups cold water and bananas.
- Pour 1/2 in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Let set.
- Mix cream and sugar and spread over set Jell-O.
- Put on nuts.
- Gently pour on other half of Jell-O mixture.
- Serves 12 to 15.
