Ingredients
- 3 c. peeled, sliced apples
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. sugar
Method
- Place fruit and water in a 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole dish. Cover.
- Microwave at High for 5 to 9 1/2 minutes, stirring after half the time, until fruit starts to turn transparent.
- Stir in sugar.
- Let stand, covered, for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Stir before serving.
- Puree, if desired.
