Ingredients
- 4 cooking apples, peeled and chopped
- 3 pears, peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3/4 cup apple juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Method
- Bring all ingredients to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat. Reduce heat, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until fruit is tender. Serve warm.
