Ingredients
- fresh peaches (enough to fill 7 qt. jars)
- 1/2 c. sugar per jar
- water
Method
- Peel peaches; cut in half and remove seed.
- Fill each jar with peaches; add sugar.
- Fill with water.
- Add 2 quarts water to pressure canner.
- Put cans in canner; bring pressure to 10 pounds and cut off.
- Let pressure go all the way down before opening.
