Ingredients
- 12 apples
- 14 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 14 cup dried cranberries
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 14 cup butter
- 12 cup sugar
- 12 cup oats
- 14 cup flour
- 12 cup slivered almonds
Method
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- To make filling, peel and core apples.
- Cut into bite-size chunks.
- Combine with all other filling ingredients.
- Spoon into generously buttered ramekins.
- To make topping, combine all ingredients.
- Using fingers, crumble butter until mixture resembles peas.
- Spoon generous 2 Tbs.
- on top of each apple-filled ramekin.
- Place ramekins on baking sheet.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, until browned on top.
