Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 2 (12 oz.) cans chili sauce
- 1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly
- 1 c. water
Method
- Mix first 5 ingredients; make balls and brown in 350° oven. Put into slow cooker and add chili sauce, grape jelly and water. Cook on high for 1 hour and then on low for at least 2 hours.
- Can add 1 cup sour cream but not necessary.
