Ingredients
- 1 lrg egg slightly beaten
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 3 c. cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 c. onion minced
Method
- Combine first 3 ingredients; stir in cheese and onion.
- Spoon into a 1 qt souffle dish.
- Bake at 325 for 25 min or possibly till puffed and golden brown.
- Serve immediately with crackers.
