- 1 lb. lean ground chuck
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 (1 lb.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 can chili beans (if desired)
- 1 medium onion
- 1 Tbsp. cumin (ground)
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. coarse black pepper
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- This is so quick and easy that even a "fighter pilot" can do it.
