Ingredients
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 egg whites, at room temperature
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Method
- In a small saucepan mix 1/4 cup sugar, cornstarch and salt. Stir in water, stirring over medium heat.
- Bring to a boil and boil for 1 to 2 minutes, or until thick and clear. Cool completely.
