Ingredients

  • 1 jar 15 Oz Roasted Red Peppers
  • 2 packages Crescent Rolls (8 Ounce Package)
  • 1/4 pounds Sliced Deli Ham
  • 1/4 pounds Swiss Cheese, Sliced
  • 1/4 pounds Sliced Genoa Salami
  • 1/4 pounds Sliced Provolone Cheese
  • 1/4 pounds Sliced Thin Pepperoni
  • 8 ounces, weight Shredded Mozzarella
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/4 cups Grated Romano/parmesan Cheese Mix

Method

  • 1, Lightly grease a 9 x 13 pan.
  • 2.
  • Drain peppers very well.
  • 3.
  • Place 1 package of crescent rolls in bottom of a pan.
  • Pinch the seams together to make one solid piece.
  • 4.
  • Top with layers of the ham, Swiss cheese, salami, provolone, pepperoni, peppers and mozzerella.

  • Beat eggs and grated cheese together.
  • 6.
  • Spread 2/3 of egg mixture over mozzerella layer.
  • 7.
  • Place second package of crescent rolls on top and pinch the seams together.
  • 8.
  • Brush with remaining egg mixture.
  • 9.
  • Cover with foil.
  • 10.
  • Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
  • 11.
  • Remove foil and bake additional 20 minutes.
  • 12.
  • Cut into squares and serve.
  • Can be served hot or cold.
