Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/4 c. plain bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. grated cheese (Parmesan or Romano)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Method
- Combine all ingredients, except olive oil; mix well (use hands).
- Roll into golf ball size balls.
- Saute in olive oil until lightly browned.
- Add to sauce.
