Ingredients
- 1 pkg. medium flour tortillas
- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 bottle Schilling bacon chips (3.5 oz. bottle)
- 1/2 pkg. Good Seasons buttermilk dressing mix (dry)
Method
- Cook spinach; drain well.
- Squeeze excess moisture, then wrap in a paper towel; refrigerate until dry.
- Mix other ingredients. Add spinach.
- Mix well.
- Spread on tortillas.
- Roll tight and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate overnight for up to 7 days. Slice and serve.
