Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. medium flour tortillas
  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 bottle Schilling bacon chips (3.5 oz. bottle)
  • 1/2 pkg. Good Seasons buttermilk dressing mix (dry)

Method

  • Cook spinach; drain well.
  • Squeeze excess moisture, then wrap in a paper towel; refrigerate until dry.
  • Mix other ingredients. Add spinach.
  • Mix well.
  • Spread on tortillas.
  • Roll tight and wrap in plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate overnight for up to 7 days. Slice and serve.
