Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli spears
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup
- 2 (3 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese with chives, cubed
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 6 to 8 saltine crackers
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- Cook broccoli according
- to
- directions;
- drain.
- Place spears in oblong baking dish.
- Crumble crackers over broccoli. In saucepan mix soup, cream cheese, margarine and lemon juice. Heat on low until

- melts.
- Pour
- sauce
- over broccoli. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese
- over
- broccoli
- and sauce.
- Place in 350° oven until hot.
