Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli spears
  • 1 can cream of shrimp soup
  • 2 (3 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese with chives, cubed
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 6 to 8 saltine crackers
  • Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Cook broccoli according

  • drain.
  • Place spears in oblong baking dish.
  • Crumble crackers over broccoli. In saucepan mix soup, cream cheese, margarine and lemon juice. Heat on low until
