Ingredients
- 2 lb. fish (cod, haddock, flounder, perch or sole)
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 c. canned tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Saute onion in butter until limp but not browned.
- Add rest of the ingredients except fish.
- Simmer for 5 minutes to combine flavors.
- Place fish fillets in a baking dish and bake in a preheated 400° oven for 25 minutes.
