Ingredients

  • 12 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 3 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
  • 1 12 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
  • 3 lbs idaho potatoes
  • 3 lbs red potatoes
  • 12 cup olive oil

Method

  • 3 Pounds of idaho potatoes.
  • 3 pounds of red potatoes.
  • half cup of olive oil.
  • 1 tbsp of salt.
  • 2 tbsp of black pepper.
  • 3 tbs of tabasco hot sauce.
  • 1tbsp of cayenne.
  • 1 tbsp of dry rosemary.
  • 1.5 tbsp of garlic powder.
  • 1 tbsp of cajun seasoning.
  • Place wedge cut potatoes in pan.
  • Mix in all the ingredients, one after the other.
  • Heat oven at 350 degrees.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, mixing every 6 minutes.
  • Broil for late 10-15 minutes until desired crispiness.
  • You can enjoy these potatoes with a side of ranch.
