- 12 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cayenne
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
- 3 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
- 1 12 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
- 3 lbs idaho potatoes
- 3 lbs red potatoes
- 12 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 3 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
- 1 tablespoon cayenne
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 1 12 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
Method
- 3 Pounds of idaho potatoes.
- 3 pounds of red potatoes.
- half cup of olive oil.
- 1 tbsp of salt.
- 2 tbsp of black pepper.
- 3 tbs of tabasco hot sauce.
- 1tbsp of cayenne.
- 1 tbsp of dry rosemary.
- 1.5 tbsp of garlic powder.
- 1 tbsp of cajun seasoning.
- Place wedge cut potatoes in pan.
- Mix in all the ingredients, one after the other.
- Heat oven at 350 degrees.
- Bake for 25 minutes, mixing every 6 minutes.
- Broil for late 10-15 minutes until desired crispiness.
- You can enjoy these potatoes with a side of ranch.
