Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. cake flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. egg whites (12 to 14)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
Method
- Have eggs at room temperature before using.
- Start oven at 375°.
- Sift flour and sugar once before measuring.
