Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, diced
  • Sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • garlic salt

Method

  • Combine the diced vegetables and set aside.
  • Combine the ingredients for the sauce blend well, add the chopped vegetables.
  • Pour the combined ingredients into a large baking dish and add 6 chicken breasts, turning to coat with the sauce.
  • Bake at 350 till done, about 45 minutes.
