Ingredients

  • 2 can spinach
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 150 grams mozzarella
  • 1 a punch of nutmeg
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Method

  • 1.
  • Melt butter in a pan.
  • 2.
  • Add garlic and then cook until the color turns light brown.
  • 3.
  • Put-in spinach.
  • Stir.
  • 4.
  • Sprinkle salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  • Cook for 3 minutes while stirring.
  • 5.
  • Pour-in heavy whipping cream.
  • Mix it well.
  • 6.
  • Mix mozarella.
  • Melt it well.
  • Continue cooking for 5 to 8 minutes in medium heat while stirring every 2 minutes.

  • Trandfer to a serving plate Serve.
