Ingredients
- 2 can spinach
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 150 grams mozzarella
- 1 a punch of nutmeg
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Method
- 1.
- Melt butter in a pan.
- 2.
- Add garlic and then cook until the color turns light brown.
- 3.
- Put-in spinach.
- Stir.
- 4.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Cook for 3 minutes while stirring.
- 5.
- Pour-in heavy whipping cream.
- Mix it well.
- 6.
- Mix mozarella.
- Melt it well.
- Continue cooking for 5 to 8 minutes in medium heat while stirring every 2 minutes.
- 7.
- Trandfer to a serving plate Serve.
